Hospitality
Attic Hotel
Hospitality engineered for the mountains.
Project overview
Building in Naran means designing for slope, snow load, and seismic activity at altitude. The Attic Hotel demanded a structural solution tuned to hill-site conditions, while the architecture had to frame the valley views that make the location worth travelling for.
We focused on
- Hill-slope foundation design responding to site gradient
- Structural allowance for snow load and seismic activity at altitude
- Guest-room layouts oriented to maximise valley views
- Locally sourced material strategy to control cost and logistics
Scope of work
Architectural & structural design for hill-site construction
